Student Registration Information

Students in grades 10, 11, and 12 who reside in any of the five participating school districts may attend GCCTC. Students must complete the GCCTC application process to be considered for admission. The first step in applying to attend the CTC is by completing an online application.

After completing the online application, the CTC school counselor will work with the sending school district counselor in order to arrange your schedule.

How Admission is Granted

Each applicant is evaluated based on the information provided in the application package with the most qualified applicants granted admission until all openings in that program are filled. The remaining applicants are then placed on a waiting list for potential placement as openings occur in those programs.

A transcript, discipline referrals, and attendance records are requested with each student application. Applications from students with exceptionalities or disabilities will be received, processed, and responded to in the same manner as all other applications. Final selection of all students is contingent upon the final approval of the participating sending school district.

If You Don’t Attend Public School

Students who live in Greene County and attend parochial or private schools or are home-schooled are also welcome to attend GCCTC. These students need to contact the superintendent’s office of the school district in which they reside to obtain enrollment procedures.
