Program Change Request

Students are encouraged to remain in the Program of Study they selected. 

Within the first two weeks of a new school year, if a student would like to change their Program of Study and there is space available, they must complete the Program Change Request form. This form must be completed and submitted to Ms. Snyder to be considered for a schedule change.

Admission to the programs depends upon availability and class size and sending school districts criteria.
